Spain new bastion of gay rights in Europe

Although it was not the pioneer, Spain is now considered by some as the most progressive EU country for gay rights. It has overtaken the UK with British lesbian couples now travelling to Spain to take advantage of sperm donor anonymity rules that were outlawed in Britain.
